We begin by completing a marketing audit and assessing your current marketing tools and activities. Next, a complete marketing plan will be developed with your target market in mind. We’ll create your complete marketing calendar with action steps.
Planning Retreat & Quarterly Marketing Reviews
During our planning retreat with Ally and members of your team, you’ll get Ally’s undivided attention as we present and further flesh out your marketing strategy for the next 12 months. We’ll also dedicate time to discussing implementation strategies and potential products or services that leverage more of your experience and less of your time. You’ll leave knowing that your marketing is in good hands and that you can focus on what you do best while your Marketing Director handles the rest.
